robertolofaro.com: knowledge
Experience becomes knowledge when it is transmitted to those who can use it, but our hyper-specialized world sometimes has a side-effect: compulsive tunnel vision.
Something easy to avoid, by simply adopting an approach that I designed just by chance: be a specialist in something, but then keep in touch with people who offer you a different take on the same reality.
My purpose? To keep sharing online my knowledge and feed-back on reality (obviously, when not interfering with confidentiality rules related to my private or business activities).
Because, as I kept repeating to people I coached on various activities: transmitting your experience to somebody else often gives more to you than to your audience, as you need to rationalize- and rethink your experience (and try to make it repeatable- the "lessons learned" stuff).
Follow in my blog new ideas, commentary, articles, book drafts.
